Warranty terms
The products, based on their trade name, code and unique serial number, have a warranty within the period specified for each product separately. The warranty period is calculated from the date of the first activation of a product. The provision of a guarantee is free of charge at the supplier's registered office on working days. Return to proper condition will be made by repair or replacement of the product, within a maximum of 30 calendar days of receipt at the service center, in accordance with the law.
The consumer's right to refuse to purchase within 14 working days of receipt of the product, in accordance with the regulation on consumer protection in the conclusion and performance of distance contracts, applies only to products delivered by courier. No warranty applies to defects resulting from non-compliance with the conditions of transport, storage, operation, operation and maintenance, improper handling, electric shock, mechanical, thermal, ingress of liquid products, exposure to fire, improper ventilation, negligence or improper use. of products, excessive exposure to moisture, use of abnormal application or misuse, use of defective devices or connecting cables - electrical or data - defective, torn, glued, short-circuited, interventions on products, regardless of their nature by unauthorized persons in writing by the supplier or a change in the serial numbers of the warranty card.
"TEMPEX" Ltd. does not assume responsibility and warranty in the following circumstances:
- Defective or damaged products, components and accessories due to improper use by the customer.
- Defective or damaged products, components and accessories due to a product installation error.
- Defective or damaged products, components and accessories due to non-compliance with the instructions for use.
- Defective or damaged products, components and accessories due to their use with non-original or incompatible accessories.
- Defective or damaged products, components and accessories due to repairs and/or interventions by the user and/or other unauthorized personel.
- Products that have a damaged commercial appearance (both the product itself and its accessories, instructions and packaging.)
- Products with damaged USB connection port integrity.
Also, the warranty is invalid in case if traces of food, liquids or foreign bodies are found inside the products. The supplier will not be liable in the event of damage to the product, loss of information or data, as well as for any damage that the buyer may suffer as a result of these losses.

- iCON FGL v2.0 Wi-Fi module: 24 months warranty for Bulgaria, 12 months warranty for other countries in Europe;
- iCON UNI Wi-Fi module: 24 months warranty for Bulgaria, 12 months warranty for other countries in Europe;
- iCON HUB Wi-Fi module: 24 months warranty for Bulgaria, 12 months warranty for other countries in Europe;
